TO YOU,AND ONLY YOU

To live and love with you and be one forever. To be near you so I can reach out and touch you. To make love with you, laugh with you, cry with you, talk with you. To hold you close every night, waking up to you each morning. To share my secrets with you and be honest with you. To understand and respect you accepting you for you. To find shelter in you when I am afraid and hold you close when i need warmth. To be with you through all the seasons walking with you in the sunshine and cuddling with you in the cold. To care for you when you are ill and be joyful when you are happy. To grow old with you and be with you until the end of time. With you and only you, I would do all these things. To you and only you… all my love.

The reality of free energy

Who is benefiting from suppressing scientific research? Whose power and wealth is threatened by access to clean and free energy? Who has the desire to create a system where so few have so much, and so many have so little? It’s become extremely obvious, especially within the past few years, that Earth’s dependence on fossil fuels is not needed at all. Yet we continue to create war, destroy the environment and harm mother Earth so we can continue using the same old techniques that generate trillions of dollars for those at the top of the energy industry. Corporate media continues to push the idea that we are in an energy crisis, that we are approaching a severe problem due to a lack of resources. It’s funny how the same group of shareholders that own the energy industry also own corporate media. This seems to be both another fear tactic and another excuse to create conflict. How can there be a lack of resources when we have systems that can provide energy without any external input? This

The art of persuasion

Persuasion… If you throw a frog into boiling water, it’ll jump straight out. However, if it’s placed in cold water and the temperature gradually increased, it’ll be found dead without any attempt to escape. We’ve all experienced that subtle death. Neuromarketing takes advantage of that vast blind-spot beyond our conscious awareness; leveraging psychological phenomenons in subtle ways to lead us into certain decisions. Here are 10 subtle neuromarketing strategies to start leveraging: 1. Give me one reason. The classic “Xerox copy” study by Harvard psychologist Ellen Langer demonstrates the power of simply giving an explanation. The set-up was a student attempting to cut in line for the copier. In the first scenario, she asked “Excuse me, I have five pages. May I use the Xerox machine?” Sixty percent allowed her to cut-in line. In the second scenario, she asked, “Excuse me, I have five pages. May I use the Xerox machine because I’m in a rush?” Compliance shot up to 94 percent with the ad

REMARKS BY RT HON RAILA ODINGA ON INSECURITY

Once again, Kenyans are preparing to receive the bodies and burry victims of insecurity. Early today, bandits attacked a Nairobi bound bus from Mandera, killing 28 people, among them four police officers. The country is preparing to fly the bodies of the victims to Nairobi about three weeks after 21 bodies were flown in from Turkana and Pokot to Nairobi, all victims of the ever deteriorating security situation in our country. We condole with the families and friends of the victims. We mourn the death of security officers killed in the line of duty today and almost on a daily basis. We condemn in very strong terms this growing taste for taking lives of innocent citizens of Kenya who are going about the daily routine of earning a living for themselves and their families and building their country. And we wish quick recovery to all the injured survivors of this latest attack. We hope and demand that the government foots the bill for the injured and the dead. At the risk of being dismissed

Each and Every day is a gift

The 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o’clock, with her hair fashionably coifed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind, moved to a nursing home today. Her husband of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary. After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready. As she maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on her window. “I love it,” she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year- old having just been presented with a new puppy. “Mrs. Jones, you haven’t seen the room …. just wait.” “That doesn’t have anything to do with it,” she replied. “Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn’t depend on how the furniture is arranged, it’s how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. It’

Tips For Productive living

1. Everything that happens helps you grow, even if it’s hard to see right now. – Circumstances will direct you, correct you, and perfect you over time. Sometimes these circumstances knock you down, hard. There will be times when it seems like everything that could possibly go wrong is going wrong. And you might feel like you will be stuck in this rut forever, but you won’t. When you feel like quitting, remember that sometimes things have to go very wrong before they can be right. Sometimes you have to go through the worst, to arrive at your best. Because our most significant opportunities are often found in times of great difficulty. Thus, you will face your greatest opposition when you are closest to your biggest miracle. 2. The way you feel about people and situations will shift, and that’s OK. – Things will seem totally different to you at some point in the future, just as you feel different now than you did in the past. So remember, just because you liked something at one point in

The world is becoming increasingly aware and interested in healthy active living – There is nothing more rewarding than helping others perform better and be the best they can be in their journey of success. What’s your connection to Asia? I originally left Australia in 1998 on a one way ticket to travel the world! Travelled Europe for nearly a year and had already arranged some work at the Commonwealth Games being held in KL in 1998. From there I travelled through Asia and dropping to check out Chiva Som (I had applied for a position there before I had left Australia the year before. I was offered a position and that is where I commenced my time in Asia. However aft

Constitution amendment by popular initiative

There are two ways of amending the Constitution: parliamentary and popular initiative. Under the parliamentary initiative, an amendment Bill is introduced to either house of Parliament and must be supported by at least two thirds of the members in both houses to sail through. Under the popular initiative, any person may propose amendments to the Constitution if he is supported by at least one million registered voters. In that event, the person presents a petition to the IEBC supported by one million signatures and accompanied by a draft Bill. Upon verification of the signatures, the IEBC then sends the Bill to all County Assemblies in Kenya. If the draft bill is approved by a majority of the County Assemblies (at least twenty four county assemblies), it is then introduced to Parliament. The Bill would pass if supported by the majority of members in both houses. However, if either houses of parliament fail to pass the bill, the Constitution provides that the Bill shall then be submitte

IS PRESIDENT UHURU PROPOGANDA MACHINE CRUMBLING?

When it started work in Kenya, it delivered to power the most unlikely political alliance in the history of independent Kenya. Few believed that just five years after butchering each other, the kikuyu and kalenjin ethnic masses would form a solid bloc vote and cast their millions to candidate Uhuru (and Ruto) in 2013. It took money, a lot of money, but it also took ingenuity – a blatant reengineering of human experiences, some as sad and ugly as rape, forceful evictions and displacements, murder and the burning alive of refuge seekers in the church of God. The propaganda machine first started out by hiding the real faces behind it. Uhuru’s new party TNA – though in existence as a briefcase party for several years before its launch – was filled by new faces and new colours, eventually settling on the ‘loved christian bird’, the dove, as its symbol. To a citizenry that never ‘researches’, TNA was ‘new’, so was Onyango Oloo and Johnson Sakaja, the public faces of it. Who were the faces in

ODM CAN DIE BUT NOT WITH RAILA ODINGA

It has been said that the criminals of this country are sponsoring goons and moles in ODM to bring down the orange party in order to eliminate Raila from their political equation. Raila Amolo Odinga can not be eliminated by bring down ODM. ODM can die wth Raila but Raila cant die with ODM. ODM is Raila but Raila isnt ODM. All those moles are the ones who can die wth ODM. They are where they are coz of Raila and ODM. Bring ODM down if u want. Raila has his party known as Supporters who moves with him wherever he goes. Even if he forms Mayenga Mayenga party they wl all flock there and leave ODM. My message to the thieves and criminals of this country, try somewhere else but not Odinga. You can pocket as many mole as u can but come 2017 no mole will delver even a single vote. They depend on Raila for their political relevance but Raila depends on his supporter not them. Do your worst and bring down Orange party and let us see if it goes down wth Agwambo.

Hate leaflets circulating in nairobi

Leaflets are being circulated around Kangundo road warning Luos, Luhyas and Kisiis to leave the area before they are violently evicted. The warnings started to circulate on Tuesday this week, right before the early Wednesday morning destruction of structures along the road. The land bordering the road around Obama, Komarocks, Saika and Njiru estates have been under dispute. The dispute has led to the assassination of around 4 land dealers who were behind the allocations. It is believed that the people behind the evictions are also behind the assassination of the people they believe illegally allocated their chunks of land to individuals. One of the leaflets The police need to move in and contain the situation before something bad happens.

Fame, Love, Riches, Pleasure and Death.

In the morning of life came a good fairy with her basket, and said: “Here are gifts. Take one, leave the others. And be wary, chose wisely; oh, choose wisely! for only one of them is valuable.” The gifts were five: Fame, Love, Riches, Pleasure, Death. The youth said, eagerly: “There is no need to consider”; and he chose Pleasure. He went out into the world and sought out the pleasures that youth delights in. But each in its turn was short-lived and disappointing, vain and empty; and each, departing, mocked him. In the end he said: “These years I have been wasted. If I could but choose again, I would choose wisely. The fairy appeared, and said: “Four of the gifts remain. Choose once more; and oh, remember-time is flying, and only one of them is precious.” The man considered long, then chose Love; and did not mark the tears that rose in the fairy’s eyes. After many, many years the man sat by a coffin, in an empty home. And he communed with himself, saying: “One by one they have gone away

One for you,One for me

Two little boys stole a big bag of oranges from a neighbor & decided to go to a quiet place to share the lot equally. One of them suggested the nearby cemetery. As they were jumping over the gate to enter the cemetery, two oranges fell out of the big bag but they didn't bother to pick them since they had enough in the bag. Few minutes later, a drunkard on his way from a bar, passed near the cemetery gate & heard a voice saying: "One For Me, One For U, One For Me, One For U"..... He immediately sobered up & ran as fast as he could to a church nearby, for the priest....................... "Father, pls come with me . Come & witness God & satan sharing corpses at the cemetery"...... They both ran back to the cemetery gate & the voice continued: "One For Me, One For U, One For Me, One For U'............ Suddenly, the voice stopped counting & said: "What About The Two At The Gate?"........... You should see the marathon..

Overcoming life's hardships

Some days, don’t you just want to throw in the towel and just crawl back to bed? I know I do. Truthfully, this is how I have felt for the last two weeks. It just seems like I am being bombarded in every direction by all different kinds of issues and attacks. Of course, we all have to remember that the world is not really out to get us. Sometimes we just hit a bumpy road and all we can do is keep on driving through. When things aren’t going our way, when people let us down, when unexpected hurdles pop-up, our first reaction is often to pull off the road and wait for the bumps to pass. Yet, we all know that this won’t really fix the issue; it just sidetracks us from our true goals and purpose. Getting over the bumps Just remember that even though they can be uncomfortable, bumpy roads are still bringing us towards our destination. The best thing you can do is keep moving forward. Don’t try to get off the road or find a detour – this is when you get lost and cause even bigger issues. No,

THE ART OF WAR

The Art of War By Sun Tzu Translated by Lionel Giles I. Laying Plans 1. Sun Tzu said: The art of war is of vital importance to the State. 2. It is a matter of life and death, a road either to safety or to ruin. Hence it is a subject of inquiry which can on no account be neglected. 3. The art of war, then, is governed by five constant factors, to be taken into account in one's deliberations, when seeking to determine the conditions obtaining in the field. 4. These are: (1) The Moral Law; (2) Heaven; (3) Earth; (4) The Commander; (5) Method and discipline. 5,6. The Moral Law causes the people to be in complete accord with their ruler, so that they will follow him regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger. 7. Heaven signifies night and day, cold and heat, times and seasons. 8. Earth comprises distances, great and small; danger and security; open ground and narrow passes; the chances of life and death. 9. The Commander stands for the virtues of wisdom, sincerely, benevolence,
