No planes will land or leave as we are not going to let our President to be humiliated when we have a constitution that governs our sovereign state,” Wamari said.He said the ICC should drop charges against Uhuru and Deputy President William Ruto. “Kenyans have reconciled with each other and the ICC is not considerate of the Kenyan people and the court is dividing our nation,” Warari said. He said the ICC should bring back the cases to Kenya or Tanzania.“A house cannot be left without

INVESTORS ARE THIEVES

"Why are we so concerned with investors? Who are these investors, the thieves who have colonised us, stole our resources and frog marched our people out of their rightful land? These are the investors that we must not chase away? Fellow Afrikans, you mean to tell me that we must be careful that we do not offend thieves? And by the way, what exactly are they investing on because Afrika remains underdeveloped despite the fact that investors have been around for decades? Investors who invest in their own interests are the ones we must be careful to not offend?..." -Cde Chirimandza (ZANU PF representative here at the SADC Region Land and Agrarian Reform workshop)

THE BITTER TRUTH, WE ARE NOT ONE:

KENYA is animal farm where all animals are equal but some are more equal than others.Events of the recent past is evidence enough that unless you are rich or you have well-connected godfathers, you are a NOTHING and NOBODY cares about you.We are not one at all. Don't be fooled. That was a mere con game to get you to use the little that you have on those who have more than you do.Look at‪#‎westgate‬. As you trooped to centres to donate your little blood (which later went to waste), as you mpesad your little money for the rich, THE BLOODY KDF WAS STEALING.But even after cctv footages confirmed this, kdf godfathers still defended them against the allegations of looting even daring anybody with evidence to the contrary to present them, irrespective of the fact that they had cordoned off the whole mall so as to loot uninterrupted. On the other hand, a police officer was hurriedly rushed to court on allegations of being found in possession of blood-stained wallet from westgate. TIME IS A GREAT HEALER

“Time is the great healer. No matter how difficult the circumstances that cross our path, it takes time for our emotions, minds and spirit to process what’s happened. Rushing to make choices too quickly can send us down the wrong fork in the road. It’s normal and natural to feel overwhelmed, out of sorts and confused when a major change knocks on our door. While you may be forced to make some choices quickly, delay as many choices as possible until time has worked its magic. When you feel on solid ground again, you will be ready to make better choices about the future.”

Inspiring story from the Founder of KFC

The Founding of KFCIn 09-Sep-1890, Harland David Sanders was born just outside of Henryville, Indiana in the U.S.A. His father passed away when he was 6, and from young he had to look after his mother, younger brother and sister. Dropping out of school, he worked at various odd jobs such as a farm assistant, fireman, soldier and boat operator. In 1955, at the age of 65, he was living on a monthly check of only $105. After paying off his debts, he was virtually broke. Not wanting to accept his fate, he decided to franchise his method of cooking chicken using a secret recipe he developed, and decided to go on the road to sell his recipe to restaurants. For 2 years, Harland Sanders traveled America, visiting over 1000 restaurants, door to door. He would cook his chicken for the restaurant owners on the spot, and if they liked it, they would enter into an agreement with him. However, everywhere he went, he faced rejections, doors being slammed in his face, even insults and criticism. Nobody

Nothing to celebrate for on this Mashujaa day

It's now almost fifty years since the "devil" left our blessed land of Kenya. As we celebrate our heros and heroins who struggled and helped us attain self rule, what can we show for it? Not an inch of the railway has been extended.Agriculture grew backwards; coffee, cotton, name them have fell to ground under. The only cash crop that has survived is tea or sisal but regretfully because it's managed by foreigners! The road network is done selectively with no new ones being started! none atall...! When the Whiteman left, we were one but today,we are 43!The gap between few rich continue to widen! They left us with a constitution that was well devolved but we are trying to 're-form the mutilated one with regrettable results and bad blood. When the British made us work for our future generation in form of hard Labour, we resisted and when they left, we celebrated, but it didn't take long before another form of exploitation took root where its only the name was chang

Cord leader,Raila Odinga Mashujaa Day Message:

By Raila Odinga Mashujaa Daythis year has found me in the United States of America with some of our country’s governors seeking opportunities for our people living in some of our most neglected counties. It is an interesting coincidence that got me thinking of the work that the heroes of yesterday began and that our children and their children have to carry onwith. Our country has had great men and women standing up at different times but towards the same goal of ensuring liberty, prosperity and justice for all.The freedom fighters risked all to liberate us from the colonial yoke. After independence, another generation stepped in and risked all when the very dreams that inspired the freedom fighters were being rolled back. These are the heroes of the Second Liberation who faced the single party machine and reclaimed the rights and freedoms that were being taken away. Of course they paid a great price. The heroes of our first and second liberations have brought us this far. We are immen

Why do We Shout in Anger?

A saint found a group of family members on the river bank shouting in anger at each other. He turned to his disciples smiled and asked. ‘Why do people shout in anger shout at each other?’ Disciples thought for a while, one of them said, ‘Because we lose our calm, we shout.’ ‘But, why should you shout when the other person is just next to you? You can as well tell him what you have to say in a soft manner.’ asked the saint . Disciples couldn’t give satisfactory explanation. Finally the saint explained, . ‘When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other to cover that great distance. What happens when two people fall in love? They don’t shout at each other but talk softly, Because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is either nonexistent or very small…’ The saint continued, ‘When they love each other even

GOD!MAKE ME A TV

A teacher from Primary School asked her students to write a essay about what they would like God to do for them. At the end of the day, while marking the essays, she read one that made her very emotional. Her husband, who had just walked in, saw her crying and asked her ‘What happened?’ She answered ‘Read this. It is one of my students’ essay.’‘Oh God, tonight I ask you something very special. Make me into a television. I want to take its place and live like the TV in my house.Have my own special place, And have my family around ME. To be taken seriously when I talk. I want to be the centre of attention and be heard without interruptions or questions.I want to have the company of my dad when he arrives home from work, even when he is tired. And I want my mom to want me when she is sad and upset, instead of ignoring me. And I want my brothers to fight to be with me.I want to feel that family just leaves everything aside, every now and then, just to spend some time with me. And last but n

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg buys off all his neighbors houses worth $30 million

In a bid to maintain his own privacy.Facebook CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg doesn’t want the neighbors around, so he bought them out.The billionaire reportedly spent $30million buying the 4 homes next to his Palo Alto, California home. The co-founder of the world’s biggest social network bought the properties after hearing rumors that a developer wanted to purchase one of them and market it as being near Zuckerberg’s house, said the person, who asked not to be identified because the details aren’t public.Google co-founder Larry Page made a similar move a few years ago so he could build a massive, 6,000-square-foot mansion. But Zuckerberg’s reason is different. He doesn’t want to live in excess, he just wants a little privacy.

Live,believe and inspire

Sometimes it seems we get so caught up in titles and who gets the credit for writing, saying and doing this and that and we allow our egos to run a muck with what once may have started as pure intentions to do good, yet the more energy we put into receiving recognition the less and less our words and deeds have any real impact. Anyone out there trying to make some real changes and touch the lives of another soul will not be interested in being placed on pedestal, it doesn't matter how we help, the point is we get out there and do our part for this world. No names, no titles; just love. You will be shocked at how far we go when we work together as a community and forget about who our egos try to place in hierarchy.

AFRICA KILLS HER SON

African "leaders" kill her sons and daughters in their millions then form a club called AU to give themselves immunity. Did you hear that thing from Ethiopia??? He says no African head of State or Government official will be subjected to international justice. If this comes to pass, the danger looms of us breeding lifetime presidents clinging to power to save their skin after commiting crimes for they can "win" elections till they die with or without votes. If Mr Kenyatta can defy laws of Kenya passed by all Kenyans and skip trials what makes you think he cannot decide to extend his term to death like Gadafi, Museveni, Mugabe,Hosni,Mobutu, Banda, et al

DESMOND TUTU Slams At AFRICA Leaders Seeking ICC Withdrawal As KILLERS Looking For LICENCE To MURDER

CAPE TOWN — MEMBERS of the African Union will meet in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, today to discuss recent calls by some African leaders to withdraw from the International Criminal Court. These calls must be resisted. The continent has suffered the consequences of unaccountable governance for too long to disown the protections offered by the I.C.C.Those leaders seeking to skirt the court are effectively looking for a license to kill, maim and oppress their own people without consequence. They believe the interests of the people should not stand in the way of their ambitions of wealth and power; that being held to account by the I.C.C. interferes with their ability to achieve these ambitions; and that those who get in their way — the victims: their own people — should remain faceless and voiceless. They believe the interests of the people should not stand in the way of their ambitions of wealth and power; that being held to account by the I.C.C. interferes with their ability to achieve these amb

What It Means To Be Poor?

One day a father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the firm purpose of showing his son how poor people can be. They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family. On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, “How was the trip?” “It was great, Dad.” “Did you see how poor people can be?” the father asked. “Oh Yeah” said the son. “So what did you learn from the trip?” asked the father. The son answered, “I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night. Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon. We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight. We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs. We have walls around our property t

No Justice for Pyramid Scheme Victims as CENTRAL IMENTI MP Gideon Mwiti is Acquited

The man who claims to be the watchdog of constituents has been acquitted of charges of stealing from Kenyans through a pyramid scheme that he was accused of authoring. In the said pyramid scheme, Kenyans lost more than 700 million.Imenti Central MP Gideon Mwiti Iria told a trial court in Nairobi that he was not behind the Kenya Business Community Savings Cooperative (Sacco) which the government shut down for illegal banking. The MP was defending himself before a magistrate’s court in a case of “cheating” where twelve complainants claim he swindled them of millions of shillings while acting as the Sacco general manager.“My role was purely consultancy…I was a businessman in Nairobi in 2004 running a company called Kenya Akiba Micro-Finance Limited, I was only consulted on regulatory by-laws being a lobbyist for a law seeking to regulate micro-finance institutions and this climaxed with the enactment of the micro-finance Act 2006,” Mwiti said.In the case the prosecution says Mr Mwiti cheate

We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym.In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that man who hindered the growth of his colleagues and the company itself. The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room. The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up. Everyone thought: Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!.One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless. They stood nearby the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself. There was also a sign next to the mirror that said: There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth:You are the only person who can revolutionize your life. You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success. Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your partner changes, when your company changes. Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life.“The most important relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself”Moral:Examine yourself, watch yourself. Don’t be afraid of difficulties, impossibilities and losses: be a winner, build yourself and your reality. The world is like a mirror: it gives back to anyone the reflection of the thoughts in which one has strongly believed. The world and your reality are like mirrors lying in a coffin, which show to any individual the death of his divine capability to imagine and create his happiness and his success. A MUST READ- Steve Jobs' 2005 Stanford Commencement Address Pt.1

I am honored to be with you todayatyourcommencementfrom one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories.I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out?It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adoptedAt birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decidedatthe last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: "We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want h

Success depends upon Maturity

Maturity is many things. It is the ability to base a judgment on the big picture, the long haul.It means being able to resist the urge for immediate gratification and opt for the course of action that will pay off later. One of the characteristics of the young is “I want it now.”Grown-up people can wait.Maturity is perseverance–the ability to sweat out a project or a situation, in spite of heavy opposition and discouraging setbacks, and stick with it until it is finished. The adult who is constantly changing friends and changing mates is immature. He/she cannot stick it out because he/she has not grown up.Maturity is the ability to control anger and settle differences without violence or destruction. The mature person can face unpleasantness, frustration, discomfort and defeat without collapsing or complaining. He/she knows he cannot have everything his/her own way every time. He/she is able to defer to circumstances, to other people-and to time. He/she knows when to compromise and is n

Us Africa Raid

US Secretary of State John Kerry: US raids in Africa a signal US won't forget attacks, won't relent in fighting terrorism.Libya says it has demanded explanation on 'kidnap' of its citizen in unauthorized US raid that nabbed al-Qaida suspect.US raids in Somalia, Libya, American troops assisted by F.B.I. and C.I.A. agents seized a suspected leader of Al Qaeda on the streets of Tripoli, Libya, on Oct. 5, 2013, while Navy SEALs raided the seaside villa of a militant leader in a predawn firefight on the coast of Somalia.

Killing of muslim leaders is not fighting terrorism

Terrorism is an act which should be condemned in strongest terms possible, its a universal war which should be fought and won to create a safer world. This can't be achieved if country like kenya which is a recent victim of the act starts to kill muslim leaders in the name of fighting terrorism, international law dictates that any suspected individual is innocent until proven guilty or otherwise in a court of law.It is injustice to kill unarmed suspect in the name of fighting terrorism.Unless the govt of kenya is only aimed at provoking muslims and create a state of insecurity in the country and may be this would give the president a reason to defy the hague.

Uhuru´s Next Steps After The Failed Westgate Operation Terrorists And Looting by KDF

By Dikembe Disembe “The transformational leader must be capable of dreaming for the country and wading into the unknown. Such leadership should demonstrate a strong intellectual capacity that promotes deep informed public policy discourse. It should be able to elaborate and communicate a strong national vision and putting together solid strategies, policies and programmes to implement the vision. Transformative leadership mobilize the intellectual and business communities as well as critical mass of the people to buy into and support the new vision and strategies; and manage the challenges that change management entails, including having an efficient and effective bureaucracy. It influences people toward predetermined goals, which are meaningful, desirable and attainable. Triple Filter Test

Socrates was the great philosopher in ancient Greece and was held in high esteem. One day an acquaintance met the great philosopher and said, “Do you know what I just heard about your friend?”“Hold on a minute”, Socrates replied. “Before telling me anything I’d like you to pass a little test. It’s called the Triple Filter Test.”“That’s right”, Socrates continued. “Before you talk to me about my friend, it might be a good idea to take a moment and filter what you’re going to say. That’s why I call it the triple filter test. The first filter is Truth. Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?” “No,”,the man said, “Actually I just heard about it and …” “All right”, said Socrates. “So you don’t really know if it’s true or not.Now let’s try the second filter, the filter of Goodness. Is what you are about to tell me about my friend something good?” “No, on the contrary.”“So”, Socrates continued, “you want to tell me something bad about him, but you’re not certa
